This week’s musing asks…
MUSING MONDAYS… is a weekly meme hosted by MizB from I Should Be Reading, she will ask a book/reading-related question, and you answer with your own thoughts on the topic.
Do you read magazines? If so, which ones? If not, why not?
MY ANSWER:
I read from time to time, Better Homes and Gardens which I got a 1 year subscription from my mother-in-law. I also read the Family Circle, and Parent Magazine.

CRAZY ABOUT COVERS!

My meme, Crazy about Covers, was inspired by The Bookworms 'Cover Crazy'.
Each week I will reveal a book(s) that I put on my TBR List just because I was Craazzy about the Cover or Title! It can be creepy, beautiful, or a title that was odd or funny . I know that a lot of book lovers may have already seen or heard about some of these books. But I'm just giving my opinions on books that I have come across. Hope you join in!!!My cover pick(s) this week is:
Exiled (The Never Chronicles #1)
by J.R. Wagner Paperback, 288 pages
Published: June 5, 2012
Published: June 5, 2012
Publisher: Live Oak Book Group
*Synopsis via Goodreads*
Bent on finding a way back, James must brave a place reserved for the worst of his kind. He quickly learns that the land itself poses a greater threat than its inhabitants and if he is to have any chance of returning, he must work with the very people he’s been raised to fear.
James has known magic since just after he was born. As a sorcerer, his skills are exceptional yet when he wakes in The Never, his abilities are gone. Armed with nothing but determination and the will to survive, he braves a land wrought with dangers, mysteries and temptations meant to ensnare both body and mind and prevent escape forever.
I never read this book, but when I came across it on Goodreads, the first thing I thought was: this cover is creepy! The dark cover can only mean something deadly or evil lurks.
So tell me, did you pick some books this week that was solely based on it's cover or title, whether pretty or scary?
Please share, I love comments!

Hi, I'm Sherri. . . and just to be clear I'm not [Fikt]shun, but I love her blog.
I love to read fiction, so writing reviews of books for a hobby is just an added pleasure to my list of things to do. I just can't read a good book without sharing what I've read. When I'm not reading, I'm writing.
By the way, if you like reading on the naughty or romantic side, visit my new blog FIK(TISH)UHS Pleasures.
