Hi, I'm Sherri. . . and just to be clear I'm not [Fikt]shun, but I love her blog.
I love to read fiction, so writing reviews of books for a hobby is just an added pleasure to my list of things to do. I just can't read a good book without sharing what I've read. When I'm not reading, I'm writing.
By the way, if you like reading on the naughty or romantic side, visit my new blog FIK(TISH)UHS Pleasures.

I have never read the hunger games either. Nothing against the author just not my kind of book.
Fair enough. I've read the hunger games series. I didn't find it overly graphic but I can understand your thoughts on it.
Thanks for stopping by my blog =)
No i dont think you would offend anyone. You are just being honest. I was definitely turned off by the thought of adults watching kids kill each other for pleasure. It is an interesting book and I don't agree with the violence, but I did like it. Thank you for stopping by

I'm always afraid I'll offend people when I say that I loved the first book in the HG series, but that I though the other two sucked! So I don't blame you for not wanting to read them.

I loved the Hunger Games (not necessarily the kids killing kids part) but I understand your point of view. Thanks for sharing!
Did you buy the book before you decided not to read it?
I liked the first one but i still cant decide on the other two because they are different.
Thanks for coming by my blog!!
New follower!
Oh no, I've been citing Fifty Shades but I never really bothered with Hunger Games either and forgot all about this one -definitely not for me so that's 2 books. I don't keep in touch with absolutely every book as they are released and hadn't realised that this was what Hunger Games was about. It's a bit 'sick' -can't read anything like that. Can't even watch psycho or anything like that or worse.
I'm a new follower by the way. Like your blog.
Although I chose Shades of Grey, Hunger Games is another that I just couldn't read (and Harry Potter, if you can believe that!).
I know what you mean... I loved the Hunger Games but it's not for everyone.
Suzy, thank you for becoming a new follower!
Oh, and Crazy Kitty, thanks for being a follower!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
I'm a new GFC follower.
I agree with your answer as well, but I chose FIFTY SHADES OF GRAY. :)
Stop by for my full answer if you like.
